Healthy Extras is a low-cost employee assistance programme. This whole of workforce solution helps create a supportive culture, reduces absenteeism and shows your people that their wellbeing is your priority.

Give your people access to confidential guidance on medical, legal or domestic issues from qualified counsellors, legal advisors and nurses.

From stress, bereavement or relationship advice to health and money worries, employees can talk to a qualified counsellor any time of day or night. They can also access online health and wellbeing resources via the Wisdom app.
