MHFA Refresher
To remain a qualified MHFAider, you can take a MHFA Refresher course to renew your knowledge. MHFA certification lasts three years before it needs to be refreshed. It is delivered as a four-hour online session, also available in-person for businesses.

MHFA Check-Ins are one-hour support sessions with like-minded MHFAiders or MHFA Champions. It is most useful for certified MHFAiders and MHFA Champions who have taken a course within the last 3-6 months.
