The manager’s role has become even more complex in recent years, with new demands for employee flexibility and increased risks of employee mental health issues. Deloitte’s latest ‘Well-being at Work’ survey found that at least four out of ten employees say they ‘often’ or ‘always’ feel exhausted or stressed. 59% of employees surveyed said they’d seriously consider leaving their job for a company that would support their wellbeing.
