The manager’s role has become even more complex in recent years, with new demands for employee flexibility and increased risks of employee mental health issues. Deloitte’s latest ‘Well-being at Work’ survey found that at least four out of ten employees say they ‘often’ or ‘always’ feel exhausted or stressed. 59% of employees surveyed said they’d seriously consider leaving their job for a company that would support their wellbeing.

It's clear that employees want more wellbeing support. But what does this mean for managers? How can managers provide meaningful support to make their people feel happier and more engaged at work?
