  1. When a Client purchases Westfield Health’s Health Calendar or Annual Wellbeing Plan, the Client will be entitled to receive one Live Employee Webinar for their employees free of charge.  
  2. The offer is available until 31 December 2024. 
  3. The Health Calendar or Annual Wellbeing Plan must be purchased by 31 December 2024 and the Live Employee Webinar must take place by 31 March 2025. 
  4. The offer is limited to one free Live Employee Webinar per organisation. 
  5. The Live Employee Webinar is available for up to 1,000 of the Client’s employees.  
  6. The Live Employee Webinar topic and delivery date will be agreed by both the Client and Westfield Health from Westfield Health’s choice of dates and available topics.
  7. There are over 50 webinar topics the Client can choose from including, but not limited to: Gut health, wellbeing goal setting, staying healthy on shift, neurodiversity, mental health awareness and children’s mental health.
  8. No cash alternatives. The offer is subject to availability and non-transferable.  
  9. Westfield Health reserves the right to withdraw or change the offer at any time. 
  10. Westfield Health will not be held liable for any failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this offer. 
  11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Westfield Health offer. 
  12. By purchasing a Health Calendar or Annual Wellbeing Plan the Client will have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
