You can check your benefit balances at My Westfield or by calling 0114 250 2000 (available 8:30am – 5:30pm, Mon-Fri except public holidays).

Also, when you claim, we’ll send you a remittance advice which will tell you how much benefit you have left. So it’s worth holding on to it for future reference.
